Client purchased a gun part online, in violation of California and Federal gun laws. Client was interviewed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF). Client was guided through the interview by this office and, as a result, no charges were filed. Client also was charged with a probation violation and facing jail. This Office represented the client in the probation violation hearing and settled the matter with no jail time for the client.
